Nannette Watts has been a professional storyteller for over a decade. Growing up, her family life was imersed in stories and storytelling. She holds a BFA in Music Dance Theatre. Nannette is a member of the Utah Storytelling Guild, Timp Tellers Chapter. She has presented workshops on storytelling from local to national venues.
A coach of youth tellers, including her own children, she has inspired many students that have gone on to perform at storytelling festivals (such as Timpanogos, Zion, Vernal, and Snake River) as well as the National Youth Storytelling Showcase and the National Storytelling Festival.
Storytelling by Nannette Watts is full of animation and spunk. She blends movement and voice to create characters that captivate listeners. An ardent nurturer of storytellers and public speakers, she has taught workshops locally and the national level. She was a Western Region Teller at 2006 Timpanogos Storytelling Festival and has told at almost every festival in Utah and Idaho.
